Bible Believer Request: Mine
Most of the readers may already know, but for those who may not, let me say: There is absolutely no statute within the Internal Revenue Code that requires me to pay income taxes. By the very same Internal Revenue Code there is no statute which makes me liable; thus, no statute makes me subject to the jurisdiction of the Internal Revenue Code
Over the past few years I have written several documents, securely founded in fact, with appropriate court cases and statutes cites to the company I work for, the Internal Revenue Service, my congressman and my senators. From these constitutional efforts, I have received threatening letters from these various agencies or individuals about paying my fair share. However, I have yet to have any of them rebut my facts point for point, or even generally for that matter.
Now the company, Data Processing Services, for which I work, has recently decided to withhold property - the fruits of my labor - from me. They have decided to listen to an IRS agent, who directs them to withhold property from me. This agent does not even offer them any statute or section of code to back up his assertions. The Lord Jesus Christ empowers and allows me to make a living and earn. Remember Luke 10:7 says, ... "for a labourer is worthy of his hire. ..."
It is sad state of affairs that has occurred, when the company with which I am employed has deliberately chosen to disregard the Word of Lord, despise HIS servant, of which I am, and defy Almighty God. The Scriptures address this malicious activity: "Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth." (James 5:4 KJV) Their day of reckoning is coming. In another passage of holy Scripture it clearly states: "It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God." (Heb 10:31 KJV)
I have, on numerous occasions, written lengthy letters to all involved, detailing sections of statutory code, case law, and Scripture to back up my position. Time after time these humble attempts have been dumped aside. I have concluded they fear not the Lord Jesus Christ, but the IRS.
Now the purpose of this letter is to ask you to call or write Judy Arnold ext. 218 or Dan Barrow ext. 203 and ask them why they have chosen to follow evil, rather than good.
* Please ask them why they openly disobey Acts 5:29, ... "We ought to obey God rather than men."
* Please command them, as Jesus does, to repent of their sins and do what is right in the eyes of the Lord.
* Demand of them not to steal my property.
* Also, please ask them that if they should not follow what the Lord commands, would they mind if you prayed AGAINST them and pray ANATHEMA MARANATHA (1 Corinthians 16:22) for them.
