This is Kevin's '80 Malibu. It has a GM Performace Parts 350 with port fuel injection and a complete roller valve train with a 461/480 lift cam. The stock TH350 and a floor shifter and bucket seats from a Monte Carlo. It has a 2.5" exhaust system and 235/60R14 Firestones on rally rims. The suspension is stock with sway bars from a Regal and rear springs from a Malibu Wagon.

Here's Ken's '81 Malibu, it goes 11.20 @ 117mph in the quarter. The 350 has 12.5:1 pistons, Dart heads, Victor intake, 750 Holley, and a Lunati solid roller cam and makes 550hp and 580ft lbs of torque. It has an 8" 5000 stall, TCI manual tranny, and a 9" with 33 spline axles a spool and 4:56 gear. He shifts at 7600rpm. He's gone 1.56 in the 60', but the chassis is bone stock, no cage, and no drag shocks. He says, "My car has come a long way considering I bought it from a gas station for $300 with a wiped out 6 cylinder!"

Mike's '79 with a 468in BB, 304 dur. Crane roller cam, Wysco flat tops, LS7 steel crank and rods. GM rectangle heads(2.25 valves) fulley ported, Dart intake, Holley 1050 dominator, Hooker super comp headers w/3" Flowmaster exhaust, Manual TH400, 3200 stall, 12bolt posi w/ Strange axles. 6pt roll bar, boxed control arms, and air bags. It ran an 11.7 on the carb and 3.30 gears.

This is Rick Raisor's '80 Malibu Classic. The original 267ci. was removed to make room for a 350ci. SB with a Comp Cams Energy cam and lifter set. He put on a 3" exhaust with Flowmasters and it will soon have headers. It also has 14x6 and 15x7 American Racing Vintage Torque Thrust. He thinks they're older than the car. He plans on adding a cowl induction hood. He's 16 yrs. old and did most of the work himself with the guidance of his dad.

Here's Mike's 1978 Malibu. He painted it Porsche Signal Green. It has a 406ci SB with AFR 220 aluminum heads, a mechanical roller cam, an Edelbrock Super Victor intake, Top Gun nitrous, 13 to 1 pistons. Its best time has been 10.26 @ 129.7 MPH in the 1/4 and 6.49 @ 106 in the 1/8th.

James' '81 Malibu has a 400ci SB bored .040" over, Edelbrock Performer RMP intake with matching cam, Holley 700 carb, K&N low profile breather, dual exhaust with turbo mufflers through the manifolds, 10 bolt rear-end, and 10x15's on the back (no tubbing).
