Here's Matt's '80 Malibu. It has a .060" over 350ci. in it with 305 heads, .500" lift Crane Energizer cam, Edelbrock RPM square bore intake, 750 Holley double pumper, and 10.3:1 hypereutectic pistons. He's using 3.42 gears and a 3800 stall. It runs 8.49 in the 1/8th and 13.26 in the 1/4 but the tranny is slipping.

Dan Hooper's '79 that he bought for $500. It had been sitting outside for seven years. All he's done to it so far is given it a major tune-up, added a set of ralleys, and rubbed the hell out of the paint. It still has the original 305 with 73,000 miles, a 200m tranny, and open 2.73 rear. His plans to upgrade it and has already purchased a B&M preped TH350 and a TCI 2500 stall converter, but hasn't had time to get them in yet.

Here's Dan Willmann's '81. It has a 305ci. SB, Edelbrock Performer Intake, Edelbrock 650 carb, Hedman Hedders, and a MSD distributor for now. But, he hopes to drop his 355ci. in by the end of this summer.

This is Jerry's '79 Malibu. It has a 454ci. BB, TH400, and a 12 bolt with 4.11 gears and a spool. He drives it to and from the track 70 miles round trip and runs 11.40s at around 117MPH.

This is Brian's '79 Malibu. He runs a .060" over 350 SB Chevy with a TH350 tranny. His best 1/4 mile time is 11.61 @ 125mph.

Mike's sharp '81 Malibu Landau. It has a 355 built mildly, a TH350 with shift kit. It has Edelbrock Elite valvecovers with matching air cleaner. A Goodmark steel cowl hood and a Firebird spoiler on the rear.
